RJ2 series medium temperature well furnace is the national standard energy-saving cycle operation type industrial electric furnace, mainly for steel parts, shafts, pipes and other metal materials and mechanical parts in the general atmosphere or simple protection for annealing, normalizing, quenching and other heat treatment.

※ Product Features:

RJ2 series medium temperature furnace shell is cylindrical furnace body.

The furnace lining is made of curved full-fiber high pressure ceramic insulation module, which is tightly pressed and has excellent insulation effect.

The heating element adopts 0Cr25Al5 high resistance alloy belt, which is not easy to break and has long service life.

Multi-zone and multi-stage temperature control is adopted in medium and large shaft furnaces, and the power is distributed rationally by the uniform temperature distribution method according to the temperature rise law to ensure the uniform temperature up and down the furnace.

The furnace cover adopts electric lifting and is driven by motor reducer. In order to heat the workpiece evenly and ensure the safety of operation, a limit switch is installed near the lifting mechanism, which is interlocked with the power supply of the control cabinet of the shaft furnace, and the power is switched on when the furnace cover is closed. When the furnace cover opens the time limit switch, the control power supply is cut off, so the power supply of the heating element is cut off at the same time to ensure safe operation.

This series of well furnace is equipped with microcomputer automatic temperature control cabinet, which can fully execute heat treatment process curve and achieve better energy-saving effect.

It is equipped with high-precision thermocouple and blue screen/color screen paperless automatic recorder for automatic control and automatic recording of furnace temperature.
